Banisatya Wealth Private Limited is a financial advisory firm based in Kolkata, India, offering mutual fund distribution, insurance advisory, tax planning, retirement planning, child education planning, wealth management, estate planning, and stock broking services.

Led by Mr. Banibrata Mahanti and Mrs. Smritirekha Mahanti, Banisatya Wealth serves more than 1,000 clients and manages over 2,500 insurance policies, guiding more than ₹500 crore in client assets with a 98% client retention rate, as of 2026.

The firm is a registered Mutual Fund Distributor with AMFI (ARN 139419) and holds an IRDAI license (EUIN E236796) for insurance distribution. Banisatya Wealth partners with more than 29 leading mutual fund and insurance providers, including SBI Mutual Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential, Kotak Mutual Fund, LIC, Bajaj General Insurance, and Star Health Insurance.

How we work

Our approach is built on four principles printed on everything we do: trust, transparency, expertise, and commitment. Every engagement begins with a free consultation, every recommendation is explained in plain language, and every client gets a dedicated relationship manager with lifetime support and guidance — including quick claim assistance when it matters most.

We are compensated as a distributor: mutual fund recommendations are Regular Plans, which involve payment of commission to the distributor by the Asset Management Company. Direct Plans of the same schemes are also available with a different expense structure. We state this plainly because transparency is the foundation the rest of the relationship stands on.
